We are a loosely connected group of people who are working together to rebuild civilization and making the game of Ascent a fun and helpful place to be.

MINERS Guild Charter Preamble

We the Players of Ascent, do hereby ordain and establish this Charter of the MINERS Guild to institute for ourselves a more perfect guild, founded on the principles of enjoyment, tranquility, and community. A place where all members are treated justly and we work to better not only ourselves, but our community as a whole. With these principles as our guide, we pull ourselves through adversity and expand ever farther into the stars in the hopes of rebuilding a better, brighter future for all.

Enjoyment: Have fun, but not at others expense.

Tranquility: We strive to grow healthy colonies that have abundant resources to be used. Our role is not to create conflict but to work towards tranquility. We work to make colonized systems better, and are ready to defend the Apollo sector from pirates and hostile aliens alike.

Community: This reminds us that we are in this together and we are here for a greater purpose. We amass not just to get, but to have extra to give; to be involved in the rebuilding of civilization.
